2. How we handle complaints
- We will confirm receipt of your complaint within 5 working days.
- We will investigate the issue and may contact you for more details.
- You will receive a written response or proposed solution within 14 working days (or weβll inform you if more time is needed).
- If you agree with the proposed solution, weβll take corrective action promptly.

3. If you are not satisfied
If you are not satisfied with our handling of your complaint, you may:
- Request a review by a manager or owner; or
- For consumer disputes, contact the Geschillencommissie Horeca or another recognized Dutch consumer dispute body.
We are committed to resolving complaints fairly, respectfully, and in line with Dutch hospitality industry standards.
