We understand that plans may change, and we aim to handle cancellations with fairness and flexibility while covering the costs already incurred. Below is our official cancellation and refund policy:
1. Standard Cancellations
If you need to cancel your catering order:
14 days or more before the event date:
You will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
Less than 2 days before the event date:
Unfortunately, no refund will be issued due to preparation and ingredient costs.
However, we’ve got a tasty solution:
You may pick up the marinated meat on the scheduled day or day after and enjoy it within 4 days - grilled fresh and full of flavor at your convenience. Or even cook at home in an oven.
2. How to Cancel
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to cancel@vbbq.nl and will be confirmed upon receipt.
3. Force Majeure
In case of unexpected events beyond your or our control (e.g., natural disasters, serious illness, etc.), we are happy to discuss alternative arrangements or partial credit.
